A Introduction conditions 
When you buy product(-s) at travel agency / travel agent and webshop Outbound Kitetravel these TERMS AND CONDITIONS WEBSHOP apply at all times: when you purchase an item, you agree to our conditions.
In addition, Outbound Kitetravel assumes that you have read and understood the information on our website and all the information in our e-mail(-s).

B Definitions –

In these Terms and Conditions,  the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Right of withdrawal and reflection period: the Consumer’s option not to proceed with the purchase within the reflection period. 

Item / Product: the thing ordered on our webshop such as a toothbrush or tshirt.

Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to his/her commercial, trade, craft or professional activities;

Day: calendar day.

We respond within 2 office days. However, no rights can be derived if no response is received within 2 working days due to unforeseen circumstances.

D Publication 
The availability as published on our website is an indication, which most of the time, is right. However: our stock may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as sales on markets and trips.
If Outbound Kitetravel makes use of pictures, they are truthful  images. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Outbound Kitetravel.
Outbound Kitetravel can not be held liable for information on photos, folders, advertisements, websites and other information carriers that have been prepared / published by third parties.

E Privacy 
When you purchase items(-s), Outbound Kitetravel needs your details. Your data will be handled with care by Outbound Kitetravel. Your data will not be provided to third parties other then the party who will eventually carry out the shipping. We retain the personal data – which is necessary for the sales – no longer than necessary for the purpose of processing and administration. Some of the data can be archived for statistical purposes.

F Order shipping –
If your order is received before 4 p.m., we will do our best to process and ship it, the same day! Orders will be handled on each day except public holidays and weekends. So, for example: a package ordered on Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.
In the Netherlands the expected delivery time is 1 working day. And for Belgium it is 2 to 3 working days. In other European countries it depends, but most clients receive their order within 3 working days.
You will receive an email with shipping confirmation. For packages that won’t fit your mailbox you’ll receive a track and trace code. Youcan track your package with this code.
The shipping costs are for the customer and will be added to the shopping cart. There is €6.95 charged for shipping within the Netherlands and €9,95 for shipping to Belgium and other European countries. From €75 the package will be shipped for free.

G – Pricing and offers
The pricing for each item can be found on our website. Please note the section about Publication about the publication of our prices.
When we have a special offer, it usually is valid for a limited duration. This will be explicitly stated in the offer as well as the certain conditions -if any apply for this special offer.
The will contain an accurate description of the product(-s). The description is suitably detailed to enable the Consumer to assess the products adequately. If Outbound Kitetravel makes use of pictures, they are truthful  images. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Outbound Kitetravel.
All offers contain such information that it is clear to the Consumer what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer.

H Liability
The person who makes the purchase for any other person or 3rd party is jointly and severally liable. So he/ she is ultimately responsible.

I Minors
By purchasing items, the minor declares to have received permission from parents and / or guardians if needed.

J Returns
We hope that you are very happy and satisfied with your purchased item(s). If this is not the case, you can return the item within the reflection period of 14 days. Please note: mailbox-fitted packages such as toothbrushes, air fresheners and postcards, can not be returned. 

Before returning an item, please send an email to shop@outboundkitetravel.nl with the reason for your return. We will send you a retour-form which you can fill out and print. Send the file along with your package. 

Pack the item(-s) to be returned in the original packaging and seal it securely, so that it arrives at us properly. The shipping costs of the package to be returned are for the customer.

We advise you to send the package with a track & trace code, so that we can track the package and minimize the risk of losing packages. Send us the track and trace code via e-mail.
We are not responsible for losing a package.

After we have received the package in good order and the product has been returned in its original condition / packaging, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible. 

Most returns will be processed and refunded within 1 week after receipt. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.

K Right of withdrawal 
The consumer can repudiate a purchase for a product without giving reasons for a period of reflection of at least 14 days. Outbound Kitetravel will ask the Consumer about the reason for the withdrawal but cannot force him to state his reason(s).
 

Consumer’s obligations during the time of reflection
(14 days after purchase) During this period, the Consumer shall handle the product and the packaging with care. The Consumer shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary for establishing the nature, the characteristics and the effect of the product (such as fitting size). The Consumer is only liable for the decrease in value of the product that is caused by the way of handling the product which went further than as mentioned above.

Exercising the Consumer’s right of withdrawal and the costs
If the Consumer exercises his right of withdrawal he shall notify Outbound Kitetravel as soon as possible via e-mal. Within the period of reflection as mentioned in these terms and conditions.
The Consumer shall return the product as mentioned in J -Returns. Not that the Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the product. 

Outbound Kitetravels’ obligations in case of withdrawal
Outbound Kitetravel will respond on the request for withdrawal within the reflection period within 2 working days with the exception of the Dutch holidays and days with over 25knots 😉 However, no rights can be derived if no response is received within 2 working days due to unforeseen circumstances.
Outbound Kitetravel shall reimburse the payment made by the Consumer, as soon as Outbound Kitetravel received the returned goods.
Outbound Kitetravel aims to do so, within 14 days. Outbound Kitetravel makes use of the same means of payment that the Consumer used, unless the Consumer asks for Outbound Kitetravel to use another method then Outbound Kitetravel will try to meet this request. The reimbursement is free of charge for the Consumer.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawalOutbound Kitetravel is excluding the following products from the right of withdrawal All products that fit in a mailbox. These are the small items such as:
Air fresheners, toothbrushes, stickers and postcards.

M Complaint handeling
Notification of complaints should be reported via e-mail.
We try to rectify irregularities. Outbound Kitetravel is not responsible or reliable for (obvious) mistakes in the information on the website / brochures / social media / advertisements. However, any errors will be rectified after notification, where and when possible.
